City/Par./St: Put in is at Walker Water Park, approx. 7 mi west of Tylertown, MS on Hwy 48 take out is at Dillon Bridge.

Getting There

Approx. route: From Covington, LA to the two canoe liveries at the takeout, take LA 25 North to Franklinton, continue on LA 25 til it changes to MS 27. Two miles past the MS state line, turn west on Dillon Bridge Road and you will see the liveries just before the river.

Remember to bring a map so you don't get lost.

Notes: I believe this would be a hard trip to do on one's own, since the canoe liveries are at the take-out.
